How do I get updates about new offers?

Can I avail discounts if I am not carrying my card?
No, you won’t be able to avail discount if you are not carrying your card. As per our norms with outlets/vendors, any member of Jugaad Club is required to flash his/her card before the bill is printed.

What if a Outlet/Vendor refuses to give discount?
All our partners have signed a memorandum of understanding that the discounts promised by them will be offered to Jugaad Club members for a certain period of time. However, if you encounter any such situation, please call us or write to us or fill this form. One of our team member from grievance team will get back to you and look into the matter .
